At Salt & Grace Boutique, we want you to love what you receive. If something doesn’t feel right, we are here to guide you through a simple and clear return process.
How to Start a Return
You can request a return by logging into your account or by using the Easy Returns option available in the notification bar.
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 5 days.
Note: No returns will be accepted without prior return request approval. Any packages sent without approval will be returned to the sender.
Return Eligibility
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition.
This means the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached if applicable, and free from any odors such as smoke.
We kindly ask that you package your return the same way you received it to ensure it arrives safely.
Eligible Items
We accept returns on full-priced clothing and boots only.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return:
- Clearance items
- Accessories
- Leather bags
- Sale items
Items that are worn, damaged, missing tags, or have noticeable odors will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are delivered back to our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or incorrectly returned packages.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
