Standard Orders
We typically have pickup's ready within 1 to 2 business days! Sometimes we need 1 to 2 business days to process and complete your order, but don't worry! You'll receive an email notification as soon as it's ready!

Can I add or remove items from my order if it is pickup in-store?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Making a change may delay when your order is ready for pickup, but it's our goal to make things right as soon as possible! 

Shipping

$8.95 flat-rate shipping or FREE shipping on orders over $100

We ship products out fast! Items usually ship in 2-5 business days, sometimes sooner! Please keep in mind business days EXCLUDE weekends and holidays.

Vendor Box items are 10-15 business days sometimes sooner. Vendor box items are not in stock and have to be shipped from the vendor.

Returns

What is our return policy?

Our return policy is 10 Days from the day your order is delivered. Shipping cost is non refundable! Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with Tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. 

*ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE A **FINAL SALE** and are NOT ELIGIBLE for our regular return policy. *

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How to request and Exchange: Contact saltandgraceboutique@outlook.com if you are in need of an exchange.

How to request a return: To return an item, please click the “Easy Return” tab on our navigation bar. After your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return label. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the item and confirm it meets our return policy, we’ll issue your refund minus the return shipping cost.

What is my responsibility when making a return?

Returned items are your responsibility until they are delivered to our warehouse. Please ensure the item(s) you are returning fall within our Return Policy and that they are packaged properly! We ask that you package your order the same way you received it. We are not responsible for lost items, damaged items, or items returned to us by mistake. 

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

All sale items listed under FINAL SALE are final and cannot be returned. We know, it’s a bummer. But at least you got a great deal on that amazing item!

Refunds

Refunds are accepted within 10 days from time of delivery. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus the return shipping cost of $8.95.  Refunds/Returns are at a 10 day processing window from the arrival at our warehouse.   

How long does it take to process my return?

Once the delivery man drops off your return at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. A sparkling, ready-to-be-spent gift card will be issued via email to the address used to place the original order or a refund will be processed on the original form of payment.
